Business Development Manager (Crypto KOL & Partnerships)

Trade Reclaim grows through people who already have the trust of a crypto audience. Your job is to bring those voices on board. You will find and sign KOLs, trading communities, and signal groups, give them a partnership that pays, and keep the relationship warm so it keeps producing. You own the partner pipeline from the first message to a partner who sends traders our way every month. The pitch is easy to make: their audience gets real cashback on fees, and they earn commission on top, so it is a genuine win for both sides.

Responsibilities

Find, pitch, and onboard crypto KOLs and trading communities across X, YouTube, Telegram, and TikTok.
Negotiate and manage partnership and affiliate deals, including referral codes and commission terms.
Own the partner pipeline: outreach, onboarding, activation, and ongoing relationship management.
Hit the signup and volume targets that come from your partnerships.
Feed back what partners need, such as assets, codes, or payout terms, to product and marketing.
Optionally support and expand affiliate relationships with the exchanges we work with.

The ideal candidate

Crypto native, already active in the trading and KOL scene, with a network you can tap from day one.
A track record closing influencer or affiliate deals, ideally at an exchange or a crypto project.
You speak trader. You understand fees, futures, and how affiliate and referral economics work.
Strong on outbound. You start conversations and carry them through to a signed deal.
Organized enough to manage a pipeline of partners without letting anyone slip.
