Terms of Service

These Terms cover how you use Trade Reclaim, operated by Trade Reclaim, Inc.. By signing up you accept the rules below.

1. Definitions

Words We Use

• "Service" means the Trade Reclaim affiliate cashback platform and any features we add to it.
• "User" means anyone with a Trade Reclaim account.
• "Company" or "We" means Trade Reclaim, Inc., the company that operates Trade Reclaim.
• "Partner Exchange" means any crypto exchange we have an active affiliate agreement with.
• "Cashback" means the share of the affiliate commission we receive from a Partner Exchange that we pay back to you in USDT.

2. Your Account

Sign-Up Requirements

• Give us a valid email and link your Partner Exchange UID. That is all we ask for.
• Keep your email login safe. Anything that happens under your account is on you.
• Fake accounts, bot signups and abuse of the cashback program lead to a ban.

3. What the Service Does

The cashback program

• When you sign up on a Partner Exchange via our affiliate link and link your UID, every trade you make pays an affiliate fee back to us.
• We share most of that affiliate fee back with you as cashback in USDT.
• Payouts are on-demand: once your cashback balance reaches 20 USDT, you can request a payout at any time. Payouts are processed within 48 hours and tracked in your dashboard.

What we do not promise

• We do not give investment advice, do not manage portfolios, do not custody crypto
• Cashback rates depend on what each Partner Exchange pays us. They can change without notice.
• If a Partner Exchange does not report your trade on its affiliate side, we cannot pay cashback for that trade.

4. Rules for Using Trade Reclaim

Not allowed

Do not:

• Use wash trading, self-trading, or any other trick to inflate volume only to farm cashback
• Try to bypass the affiliate flow, fake UID links or interfere with the dashboard
• Break local trading laws, sanctions or the rules of any Partner Exchange while using Trade Reclaim

Taxes Are On You

Crypto cashback may be taxable where you live. Trade Reclaim does not file or report taxes for you.

5. Privacy

We handle your data per our Privacy Policy. It is part of these Terms.

6. Liability Limits

Service Provided As Is

The Service comes with no warranty. We do our best to keep it running but we cannot guarantee 24/7 uptime.

Where we are not liable

• Trading losses, exchange outages, network congestion, hacks of the exchanges, or anything else beyond our reasonable control
• Missing cashback caused by an exchange not reporting your affiliate volume correctly

7. Ending the Relationship

Either side can leave

• To close your account, email our support and we will delete your account and personal data. Transactional records we are legally required to keep, for example for accounting, are retained for the statutory period.
• We can suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, attempt fraud, or abuse the cashback program.
• If your account is closed because of abuse, unpaid cashback may be forfeited.

8. Our Stuff

The Trade Reclaim brand, logo, dashboard, written content and code belong to Trade Reclaim, Inc.. Do not copy or rebrand them without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page with the date at the top. Using the Service after changes means you accept the new version.

10. Governing Law

Which Law Applies

These Terms run under the laws of United Arab Emirates. Disputes are handled by the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
