Do I need a new exchange account?
Yes. Signing up through our link is what connects your trading volume to your cashback, so an existing account cannot be linked. MEXC allows a second account on the same KYC, and Bybit lets you transfer your KYC to a new account in minutes.
Where do I find my UID?
On most exchanges it is shown on your profile or account page. The finder above lists the exact spot for each exchange.
Does this cost anything?
No. Trade Reclaim is free forever. The cashback is paid from the affiliate commission we receive from the exchange, and your trading fees stay exactly the same.
Can Trade Reclaim access my account or funds?
No. All we ever have is your public UID. There are no API keys, no passwords and no account access, so we could not touch your funds if we tried.
When does my cashback show up?
After your first trades it appears in your dashboard. It accumulates in USDT and can be withdrawn anytime.
